We start by learning about your event and building a menu around your vision. We work with you to create a personalized menu that highlights Colorado’s seasonal and delicious produce and meat as well our scratch cooking techniques. From cocktail hour, elegant plated dinners, and late night snacks to rehearsal dinners and post-wedding brunches, we’ve got you and your guests covered. Since we make everything in house (including our breads, pastas, and sauces), we are easily able to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions. We coordinate any bartending, staffing, and rental needs you may have, so that you don’t have to worry about a thing. We take great pride in our communication, attention to detail, and personal customer service. Whether it’s your first time planning an event or hundredth, we prioritize our communication and ensure that you feel comfortable and have every question answered along the way.

We aim to cook as much of our scratch-made food on-site as possible, so you can truly immerse yourself in the experience. We do offer plenty of flexibility with the kitchens, prep spaces, and venues we are able to work with. No kitchen? No problem!
